3 c. water
1/2 c. raw rice
1 1/2 t. salt
1 can condensed milk
1/2 t. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan - bring water, rice and salt to boil; simmer covered 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from heat - stir in milk and vanilla. Return to heat and quickly stir in eggs. Stir constantly over low heat until pudding coats metal spoon. Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve warm or cold.
