Spicy Peanut Sauce:
1/2 C peanut butter
1/2 C hoisin sauce
1 T honey
2 t red wine vinegar
2 t minced ginger
2 T sesame oil
2 t soy sauce
1 t chili sauce (or dried flakes)
1 T oyster sauce
2 T water

12 oz. pasta

6 green onions
5 cloves minced garlic
1 C julienned carrots

Bean sprouts
Honey roasted peanuts
chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:

Combine sauce ingredients in a small pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil; boil gently for one minute.

Boil pasta according to package directions.

In a separate pan, saute chopped green onion, minced garlic and carrots.

Toss pasta with 1 C sauce and veggies. Top with bean sprouts, peanuts and cilantro.

* Can also add diced, cooked chicken.
