2 c. persimmon pulp
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. milk
2 t. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins or nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. Pour the mixture into a well greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 325* until the pudding is firmly set, about 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
