Tomato Juice 1/2 to 3/4 can (large bar can)
Tomato Sauce 8 oz.
Diced Tomatoes 16 oz.
Yellow Onion Medium
Serrano Pepper 1
Jalapeņo Pepper 2
Cilantro 1 Bundle
Vinegar 3 Tbsp.
Lemon Juice 1 Lemon
Garlic 5 to 10 cloves
Salt 1 to 2 tsp.
Pepper 1 to 2 tsp.

In a large bowl combine Tomato Juice, Tomato Sauce and Diced Tomatoes. Add finely diced Onion. Mince very fine and add the Peppers, removing meat and seed according to how hot you like it. Use most of the Cilantro Bundle chopping the leafy tops and add. Dice Garlic and add. The Vinegar, Lemon and Salt and Pepper is last and add to taste. Mix all well.
Salsa will get hotter if you serve the next day.
