1 1/3 c. sugar
1 T. cornstarch
1/4 t. salt
3 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
3 square (1 oz. each) chocolate, melted
2/3 c. half & half
1 c. whipping cream
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat until mixture simmers; stirring constantly. Gradually stir in 1 c. hot mixture over beaten eggs. Add remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly. Cook and stir over low heat until slightly thickened (about 2 minutes). Stir in melted chocolate. Beat with whisk until smooth. Stir in half & half, whipping cream and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Freeze in ice cream maker.
