1/4 C olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic
1 lb ground beef
(2) 6 oz. cans tomato paste
(2) cans diced tomatoes
1 t Oregano
1 t Thyme
1 t Basil
1 t Marjoram
1 t Salt
1 T minced onion
1 bay leaf
pinch chili pepper flakes

Directions:

Heat olive oil over medium-low heat, add minced garlic and saute for one minute.

Add beef, increase heat to medium-high and brown meat.

Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for at least one hour.

Serve over any type of pasta or use for crock pot pizza, lasagne or manicotti.
