600g (1 1/2 lbs.) pork button ribs
1/2 c brown sugar
1/3 c vinegar
2/3 c ketchup
1 c. water
2 tbsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into bite size pieces. On medium high heat brown ribs in frying pan coated with vegetable oil. Once browned transfer ribs to a casserole dish. In frying pan mix brown sugar, vinegar, and ketchup. Heat to boiling, while scraping frying pan. Add cornstarch to water. Mix thoroughly and add to frying pan. stir to mix. Pour sauce over ribs. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Excellent served over rice.
