Pecan Tarts Recipe

Tart:
1/2 c. margarine
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour

Filling:
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. butter, soft
1 t. vanilla
2/3 c. pecans, broken into pieces

Blend all ingredients together. Chill. Roll into balls and press into muffin tins (I use the mini muffin tins)

Filling:
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake at 325* for about 25 minutes.
