2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
7/8 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 T. butter, melted
2 1/2 T. lemon juice
2 egg whites
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks. Add milk, sugar and flour. Continue beating until well mixed. Add butter and lemon juice. Beat egg whites stiff. Cut and fold into milk mixture. Pour into greased baking dish. Place in pan of hot water. Bake at 350* for 40 - 60 minutes.
