6 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in 1 c. of sugar. Beat in the remaining cup of sugar alternately with lemon juice until stiff and glossy. Spoon onto brown paper on baking sheet. With spoon make an indentation to form shell. Bake at 275* for 40 minutes. Cool completely. Fill shells with fruits or pudding.
