Sugar Cookie Recipe

Cream Cheese mixture:
1/3 c. conf. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Fruits:
strawberries
blueberries
kiwi
raspberries
bananas
peaches
grapes
blackberries

Glaze:
3/4 c. water
2 T. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Make Sugar Cookie recipe and spread dough on pizza pan. Bake at 375* for 12 minutes. Cool. Cover with cream cheese mixture.

Cream Cheese mixture:
Mix conf. sugar and cream cheese together. Beat until spreadable. Spread over cookie crust.

Fruits:
Arrange any kinds or mixtures of fruit on top of cream cheese mixture. Make a pretty pattern.

Glaze:
Combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture boils and thickens. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir. Cool. Spread lightly over fruit.
