1 pt. milk
2 eggs
1/4 t. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in double boiler. Drop eggs into bowl, add sugar, salt and beat. Pour hot milk slowly over egg mixture stirring while pouring. Pour into custard cups. Place cups in a pan of hot water. Bake at 350* for 15 - 20 minutes.
