1/2 c oleo
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1 1/2 c oatmeal
1 1/4 c flour
1 t baking soda
dash salt
1 6oz semisweet chocolate chips
1 14oz sweetened condensed milk
1 T butter
1 c nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together oleo and sugar. Stir in egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Press 2/3 of mixture into 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Melt together chips, milk and butter. Stir over low heat. Stir in chopped nuts. Pour over mixture in baking pan. Crumble remaining oat mixture over top. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool slightly. Cut into squares.
