2 c finely chopped cabbage
1/4 c grated carrot
1/4 c green onion chopped
1/4 c celery chopped
Dressing
1 tbsp. white sugar
3 tbsp. veg oil
1/4 c white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
Combine sugar, oil, salt, and vinegar in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Pour over vegetables. Cool and refrigerate. Will keep for several days.

I also use this dressing for another salad -
A mixture of cauliflower pieces, red peppers, pea pods and red onion slices.
This is good with feta cheese added.
