Flank Steak

Marinade Ingredients:
1/2 c veg oil
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c liquid honey




2 Tbsp vinegar
2Tbsp green onions, chopped
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 tsp dried ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Place the steak and all the marinade ingredients in a plastic bag.
Marinate in fridge for 24 hours.
Remove from bag and dry before placing on a HOT BBQ.
Cook for 4 min each side ( increase time for thick steak)
Remove and tent for 5 min and then slice on the diagonal.
