1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 T. oil
1/8 t. salt
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 T. lemon peel
1 1/2 c. milk, scalded
3 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, oil and salt. Add lemon juice and peel. Stir scalded milk into beaten egg yolks; then stir in lemon mixture. Beat egg whites stiff, fold into lemon - egg mixture. Pour into custard cups. Set cups in pan of water. Bake at 350* about 40 minutes or until cake topping is done. Serve warm or chilled.
