2 1/4 cups flour
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients and beat for 3 minutes. Grease and flour a 10 x 15" cake pan. Bake at 350* for 35-40 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes, then spread frosting on hot cake, sprinkle with one cup mini chocolate chips over frosting.

Peanut Butter Honey Frosting: 1/2 cup peanut butter, 2 Tablsp. honey, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 cups Powdered sugar, 4-5 Tablsp. milk. Warm peanut butter and honey in microwave until soft and easy to stir, add everything, beat until smooth. Spread over hot cake and sprinkle with 1 cup mini chocolate chips. Very rich cake.....better the next day!
