1 T. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
juice of 3 oranges (about 3/4 c.)
juice of 1 lemon (about 1/4 c.)
2 egg whites

Custard sauce:
2 egg yolks
1 pt. milk
1 T. flour
3 T. sugar
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Soak gelatin in cold water, and then dissolve in the boiling water. Add sugar and fruit juices (enough to make 1 c. total). When cool and thick, add egg whites which have been well beaten. Beat all together until stiff and light. Pour into serving dish. Serve with custard sauce.

Custard sauce:
Heat milk. Beat egg yolks, add flour, salt and sugar. Add to hot milk and cook until thickened in double boiler.
