Memphis Dry Rub Spices''==see original under ribs

4 tblsp paprika
3 tblsp lite brown sugar
1 tblsp chilli powder
1 tblsp black paper
1 tblsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper

I make 4 batches and add to a shaker

sprinkle on ribs and freeze or let sit for a day then marinate in TAPA sauce 12 to 24 hrs, Turning over
every 8 hrs or so. Grill on low heat 3/4 hours, turning and dipping meat in tapa every 25 minutes

1 qt distilled vinigar
2 cups sugar...to taste
2 cloves garlic
2 tblsp fresh ginger
3 green onions..chopped top / bottom
option use dried onion flakes 3 tblsp..
2 tblsp soy sauce
2 star anise / whole
option...add sriracha hot sauce

let this sit for 12 to 24 hrs b/4 using
