1/4 C Salad oil / Itialan
1/4 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Dijon mustard
2+ Garlic cloves, chrushed
2 Tsp Ginger

1. Place maranade in 1 qt plastic bag / add tenderloin

2. Keep over night in ice box

3. BBQ or roast in oven @ 350

4. Be sure to remove silver skin from pork / option, can pound loin flat
