1 pt. milk, scalded
2 egg yolks
1 T. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. milk
1 t. vanilla

Frosting:
1 square (1 oz.) chocolate
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 c. conf. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Combine egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar and 2 T. milk; mix well. Add egg mixture to scalded milk. Cook until thick (double boiler). Add vanilla. Pour into individual dishes.

Frosting:
Melt chocolate. Beat egg whites to stiff and add the conf. sugar; combine with the chocolate. Put a dollop of frosting mixture on top of each pudding.
