3 Packages Lady Fingers
1 3oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (one bar)
1 pt. Heavy cream
¾ c sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Fresh Berries of choice for garnish (raspberries or cut strawberries)
Directions:
Directions:
Line sides & bottom of a spring form pan with lady fingers. Whip cream & half of sugar together until firm. Cream rest of sugar with cream cheese (separate). Combine both mixtures and beat in vanilla. Put half mixture in pan. Add layer of Lady Fingers. Add remaining cream cheese mixture. Add fresh fruit to garnish.

Some people alternate with pie filling (cherry or strawberry or whatever you prefer. Can add mint to garnish) I prefer fresh fruit – berries – whole or cut - and serve on side.

Hands down you will not be disappointed with this. It’s a no-bake, easy alternative to a wonderful dessert people will think you did more work than you did. Try it and see.
