Strawberry - Rhubarb Puff Recipe

3 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 pt. strawberries, cut up
1 1/2 - 2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

2 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
2 T. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. milk
cinnamon sugar

Mix rhubarb, strawberries, sugar and water together in saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour into 9" square pan.

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and 2 T. sugar. Stir in oil and milk only until moistened. Drop by spoonful onto hot fruit, making 9 biscuits. Make a hole in top of each biscuit and put a little butter, sugar and cinnamon in each. Bake at 350* for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
