9 cups Rice Chex (or other Chex cereal)
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
(opt.) peanuts
gallon-size ziplock bag
Directions:
Directions:
Melt peanut butter & chocolate chips together in microwave; stir until combined. Stir in Chex cereal until well-coated. Let set until chocolate is firm. Put confectioner's sugar in gallon-size ziplock bag. Add the coated Chex cereal to the bag & seal the bag. Shake the bag until all the cereal is coated with powdered sugar. Add peanuts, if desired.
