1 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 7 oz. can whole cranberries sauce
1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, add flavoring, add dry ingredients with sour cream and ending with dry ingredients.
Grease and flour 2 large loaf pans or I use a 10 inch spiingform pan.
Put 1 layer of batter, add 1/2 of the can of cranberries, add rest of the bater and end with the rest of the cranberries on top. Sprinkle with the chopped walnts.

Bake 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

Can frost with 3/4 cup powdered suger
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. almond flavoring
