2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
1 glass jar of Kraft English Cheese (in refrigerated section) - **see substitution
1 glass jar of Kraft Blue Cheese (in refrigerated section - NOTE: this kind of jar cheese only available around the holidays
1 t. minced onion (or 1/4 t. onion powder)
1 t. Worcestershire Sauce
1 pkg. thinly sliced beef (in lunch meat section)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for beef and form into ball - using saran wrap or Press-n-Seal as needed.
Finely chop the beef into tiny pieces and press onto the cheese ball, covering all of it.

Chill.

Delicious soft cheese ball - tastes great with wheat thins

** Can substitute Aged English Cheddar Cheese (imported block cheese found in the Deli) - Shred 4 oz. and mix with 1 oz. cream cheese. Let set overnight and mix together again.
