Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1/3 c. oil 1 egg 1 1/4 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. vanilla 1/2 t. baking soda 2 squares (1 oz. each) chocolate, melted 3/4 c. water 1 T. vinegar Topping: nuts coconut chocolate chips

Directions:	Directions: Combine ingredients in order given. Beat with fork 1 minute. Pour into greased 9" square pan. Sprinkle with nuts, coconut and chocolate chips. Bake at 325* for 35 - 40 minutes.
