2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 t. soda
2 t. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
2 t. vanilla
10 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
handful of raisins

Frosting:
10 oz. cream cheese
5/8 c. butter
4 1/2 c. conf. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 greased layer pans with wax paper on bottom. Grease wax paper also. Bake at 350* for 50 - 60 minutes.

Frosting:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Fill and frost cooled cake.
