1/2 c. butter
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 t. cinnamon

Topping:
1/4 c. plus 2 T. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. condensed milk
1/2 t. vanilla
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter, oatmeal and water in bowl, set aside 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Beat. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350* for 30 - 40 minutes.

Topping:
Combine all ingredients and spread over top of cake. Place cake under broiler til brown and bubbly.
