2 cups marinated artichoke hearts
olive oil for pan frying
salt
pepper
lemon dip+ 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixed with zest and juice of one lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Drain 2 cups of marinated artichoke hearts. Pat dry and cut in to bite sized pieces.
Heat 1/4 inch olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the hearts and fry, turning once until crisp and brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Should take 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towel and serve with lemon-mayo dip.
