Ingredients:  
Chicken Pieces-3 Thighs and 2 Breasts
1 lb. Kielbasa
Shrimp
2 Large Cans Beef or Chicken Broth
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Bag Chopped Carrots
1 Bunch Green Onions
4 Stalks Chopped Celery
8 Cloves Garlic
3 T. Old Bay
1 Bay Leaf
1 T. Gumbo File

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken pieces in broth and cover with water if needed until done. Brown sausage and set aside. Cut up the chicken and put back in the broth. Add tomatoes, carrots, onions, celery, garlic and bay leaf. Simmer until veggies are tender. Add sausage, Old Bay, Gumbo File and pepper. Simmer for awhile and check taste and add Old Bay accordingly. Add shrimp and heat through. Serve with rice.
