1/2 lb. Sliced bacon
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
12 eggs
1 cup milk
1 16 oz. Package frozen hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet cook bacon until crisp, drain. Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon fat. Crumble bacon and set aside. In skillet with fat sauté onion and pepper until tender.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk. Stir in hash browns, cheese, salt, pepper, dill, onion, mixture and crumbled bacon.
Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
