Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups flour
3/4 c. instant potato flakes
1/2 t. Lemon & Pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms. Do not wash. Lightly beat egg, add milk and Worcestershire sauce. Marinate mushrooms in this for about 15 minutes, Turning often.
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large plastic bag. Remove mushrooms from marinade and coat in dry mixture. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour before frying. Deep fry at 400 until golden brown. Serve with a horseradish sauce.
