French Toast Recipe

2 eggs
1/8 cup cooking oil
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
8 slices of bread

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl beat eggs, and oil. Mix well. Add milk and sugar beating well. Pour into a flat pan or dish. Heat griddle to 350°. Place each slice of bread into mixture, coating on both sides. Put on hot griddle and toast until brown. Toast both sides. A little cinnamon or vanilla may be added for a change.
