Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 very ripe bananas, mashed
2 cups plain flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup chopped pecans
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, mix in rest of ingredients. Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan, bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Test with toothpick in center to be sure it is done.

Extra good served warm with butter patties.
