1 cup water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick margarine
1 can biscuits, ten count
6 tart apples chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Roll biscuits out flat with rolling pin. Peel and chop apples and roll in 1/2 cup sugar. Place apples in in biscuit and roll up. Place apples in a deep baking dish. Mix remaining 1 cup sugar, cinnamon, margarine and water and bring to a boil. Pour over rolled apples and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and sugar before baking if desired.

Note; I make a pie crust and use instead of the biscuits. Make crust and cut into squares and place over individual piles of apples and bake as above.
