1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
milk
2 c. cake flour
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and shortening. Break eggs into 1 c. measuring cup and fill with milk, add to first mixture. Do not beat yet. Sift in dry ingredients and beat for 5 minutes. Pour into greased 9" pan. Bake at 350*.
