1 tube of refrigerated crescent rolls (8)
1 package of sliced ham lunch meat
2 tbsp. Real bacon bits
8 slices Swiss Cheese
4 eggs, beaten
3 Roma tomatoes, cut into long thin slices (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish lightly or line with parchment paper. Unroll crescent dough into 2 large squares. Place one large square into bottom of baking dish and press dough to fit the pan. One top of the dough, layer the ham, then 4 cheese slices. Sprinkle one tablespoon of bacon bits over the cheese. Repeat with another layer of ham, cheese and bacon bits. If using the tomatoes, add them now. Pour the beaten eggs over the ham, cheese and bacon bits layers. Top with remaining square of crescent roll dough. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more or until golden brown. Let set for 15 minutes. Slice into 16 squares and serve. (Can be eaten out of hand.)
