1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1-1/2 c. all purpose Gold Medal Flour
3 tbsp. Instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 or 1-1/2 c. Mini M and M’s

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl cream together butter and sugars until well combined. Add egg and vanilla mixing to combine. Add flour, pudding mix, baking soda and salt, stirring to combine. Add chips and m & m’s stirring to combine.
Scoop heaping tablespoon for each cookie (1.5 - 2 tbsp), place dough 2 inches apart from each other. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. Let cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack. Enjoy!
