1 c. white sugar (can use a little less)
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs lightly beaten
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. orange juice (keep a tin of frozen orange juice in the fridge freezer and just measure it out, Zap it and add as needed

Directions:

Beat sugar and oil together in large bowl.
Add eggs and bananas.
Beat well.
Add dry ingredients and blend well.
Mix in orange juice and combine well.
Pour into 9×5 loaf pan and bake in 350° oven about 1 hr. and 10 min.
