1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. margarine 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 4 Tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sour milk 2 c. grated zucchini 1-6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 1/2 c. nuts 2 eggs
Mix oil, margarine, and sugar together. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Then add sour milk and zucchini. Add all of this to sugar mixture. Pour into a 9x13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes
