2 C. Sugar
1 C.Light Corn Syrup
1/2 C. Water
2 C. Nuts
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook first 3 ingredients to 280º. Add the nuts and cook about 3 minutes or until light golden brown. Add the soda and remove from heat. Add the vanilla and butter
when the foaming quits, pour into a greased pan and let cool.

It was always exciting when one of us kids made this....in a sauce pan that wasn't big enough. Foaming everywhere! (Or maybe it was just me.)
