Pineapple Noodle Kugel

Ingredients:
8 ounces wide egg noodles
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
8 ounces of small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup of butter, melted
1 tsp. lemon juice
8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup raisins or Craisins


Procedure:
Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until tender, drain and set aside. Whisk together the eggs and the sugar until well combined. Add in the noodles and stir together. Add in the remaining ingredients and combine well. Pour into a buttered 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes. I like the tips of the noodles on top to get a little brown and crisp. Serve warm. Enjoy.
