Peanut Brownie Torte

Torte:
1 package Krusteaz Gluten Free Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Peanut Butter Frosting:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk
Chopped peanuts, optional
Instructions


Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease 9-inch round cake pan.
Torte: In medium bowl, stir together brownie mix, water, oil, egg, and peanuts until well blended. Spoon batter into prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake 48-52 minutes. Cool completely.
Peanut Butter Frosting: Place peanut butter and butter in medium bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on medium speed 2 minutes or until blended. Add powdered sugar and milk; mix on low speed 4 minutes or until light and fluffy. Spread frosting evenly over top of cooled torte. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
