1/2 cup cornstarch
3 cups sifted flour
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Using an electric mixer, cream butter well. Blend in all other ingredients and beat until the mixture has a whipped cream consistency. Drop from a teaspoon onto a cookie sheet. Press the batter down with a fork before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies begin to turn brown. Cool a few minutes on the cookie sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool completely. These cookies are extremely fragile and can break apart easily, so be careful not to drop them.
