1 pint vanilla ice cream
2/3 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 pkg. (4 oz) sweet cooking chocolate
5 tsp. water
1/4 cup sugar
dash of salt
1 tsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Scoop ice cream into balls. Roll in coconut. Place in individual dessert dishes, cover with aluminum foil and put in freezer. In a small saucepan combine chocolate, water and sugar. Cook until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in salt, margarine and vanilla. Spoon over snowballs and enjoy!
