3 1/4 cups strawberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 pkg. Sure Jell or Fruit Jell pectin
1 cup light corn syrup
4 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mash the strawberries or use food processor for smooth jam, unless you like the chunks in it. Combine berries and lemon juice in 4 quart kettle, whisk well. Slowly whisk in pectin, whisk vigorously; set aside for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add corn syrup and gradually stir in sugar; heat to 100º (NO hotter), stirring continuously. Pour into glass jars, let cool then freeze. Can be frozen for months. Refrigerate after opening.
