9 cups raw corn, cut off cob
1/2 cup cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 325º for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool, put in ziplock bags and freeze. Heat when ready to eat. 10 dozen ears will make approximately 13-15 (2-3 cup) bags.
