4 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
18 eggs
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Pour butter into a 9x13 baking dish; tilt dish to coat bottom. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until well blended. Stir in onions; pour into prepared dish. Bake 35-40 minutes or until eggs are set but still moist. Cut into squares to serve.
