4 cups old fashioned oats
1 cup nonfat dry powdered milk
1/2 cup dried fruit (craisins/coconut)
1/2 cup nuts (almonds)
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup flax seed
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275º. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Bring sugar and water to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in oil and vanilla until mixed. Toss into dry ingredients. Pour onto sheet pan or 10x15 pan. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
